First day report duty after 5 days off.
Jumaat & Sabtu - Ke Pengerang for s.i.l wedding at her husband's side.
Sunday - Mission membawa Hakeemy ke PPUM semula
Monday - Mission membawa Nazmy ke PPUM pula
Tuesday - At home, memujuk hati bahawa hari ini aku perlu tinggalkan semula anak-anak di taska dan report for duty.

We brought Hakeemy back to PPUM to report that he has not been sensitive with the steroid for 20 days since induction on 13.05.2014. Reported that he was having the cough & cold already more than a month. X-ray was taken, then Dr. Vaish issued Ericin after confirming that he's having lungs infection. On the same day, I told the doctor that my younger son also having the same symptoms. And she advised us to bring Nazmy also for further check-ups. She advise Keemy to continue with the Pred + Ericin for the remaining of 10 days for this time's relapse.
Monday; 02.06.2014
We brought Nazmy for check-ups. Also at PPUM. Doctor said his lungs is clear (using the stethoscope). So his case falls under non-emergency case. But we manage to get consultation quite early. Alhamdulillah... Doctor said no obvious signs of infection. Indeed he was playing well with Hakeemy in the emergency area, macam la tempat tu ayah diorang dah beli & transform it into a playplace *sigh!!*
Then he said since he's having cough for more than a month, we just do 1 x-ray for him to see ( i could feel he don't really want to issue the form pun, just because of the SOP, perhaps). After x-ray have been done then he started to show his worry face & stunned by the result where some infection shows on all over my poor baby's lungs. urge to have a blood test to check the bacteria, we refuse as it was already late. Then he suggest us another option where the same antibiotics been issued to treat the infection & we must bring him to the paeds clinic in another 2 weeks for another x-ray.
Yes, we agreed with that. Since Hakeemy will also be having the appointment with his kidney specialist on the same day.

ReplyDeleteboleh sy th sejak bila lg dan adakah sekarang still mkn ubat
coz anak sy pun detect penyakit yg sama pada bln 1 thn ini..jd start ubt 6biji tiap2 hari dan now 1 biji selang sehari..tp 12/6 ni dr nk stop ubat untuk tgk reaksinya mcm mana..ni yg membuatkan sy betul2 risau...kalau boleh sy ingin berkongsi dengan ibu2 yang berpengalaman yg sama dgn saya..
maaf kerana mengganggu..

Deleteanak saya di sahkan kene NS sejak September 2013.
masa tu umurnya 2 tahun...
dah hampir setahun dia menghidap NS dan masih lagi dengan relapse nye. Setakat ni, anak saya dah relapse 3 kali. relapse yang pertama berlaku ketika dia ambil dose 1biji/selang sehari.
checkup appointment yang terbaru dokter klasify dia sebagai steroid dependant. dan mungkin akan jadi steroid non-sensitive... andai berlaku steroid non-sensitive, doktor akan gantikan prednisolone dengan cyclosporin IV dan kesnya akan dipindahkan ke HKL (skrg di PPUM).
